混合所有制经济发展的思考

混合所有制经济是改革开放以来出现的与市场经济相适应的所有制形式,其结构呈现出多元化的特征,其特点是兼容性、开放性和创新性;今后,在我国的所有制结构中,混合所有制将会占主体地位,单一的、基本的所有制将会逐渐减少,因此,我们要大力扶持混合所有制经济,用对立统一的观点"统合"公有制经济和非公有制经济,发展混合所有制产权结构,不断融合新的"利益共同体",促进社会更加和谐,为构建社会主义和谐社会打下经济基础.

Reflections on the Development of Blending - ownership Economy

Blending--ownership economy is of the ownership that suits the needs of Market Economy as a result of the opening and reform. Its structure presents multiplicity, with its feature being simultaneousness, openers and creativeness. It could be presumed that in the future, while the single, basic ownership decreases step by step. Blending--ownership will take the dominant position. Therefore, we should contribute enormous support to Blending--ownership Economy, making use of the theory of opposing and unity in our efforts to integrate General--ownership and Nongeneral--ownership Economies, developing the property right structure of the Blending--ownership Economy, merging continually the new bodies of common interests, and thus make the society more harmonious, and the economic foundation of a harmonious communist society should be well laid.
