| 摘 要： | 教学质量是高等学校赖以生存与发展的基础,教学质量监控体系是对教学质量的有力保障。阐述了构建教学质量监控体系的目的、作用、原则和具体实施效果,提出了健全和完善教学质量监控体系的一些建议。
