摘    要:随着社会主义市场经济的建立,出现了国有、集体、外资、私营等多种经济成分并存局面,使得当前劳动关系变得复杂多变。一些企业特别是私营企业不能自觉遵守《劳动法》,无故拖欠职工的工资。我国现在还处于社会的转型期,有关劳动的法律制度还不健全,职工素质不高,尤其在经济危机的背景下,一些私营企业无故拖欠职工工资的现象急剧增多,由此引发的各种突发事件造成极坏影响,成为社会不稳定因素之一。本文从被拖欠工资的职工与企业所采取的不同策略、行为博弈,来研究破解这种困境的策略。
