尿路上皮癌性激素受体的免疫组化检测及意义

目的:探讨性激素受体(雄激素受体,AR;雌激素受体,ER;孕激素受体,PR)在尿路上皮癌中的表达及意义.方法:采用免疫组化技术(SABC法)检测64例尿路上皮癌石蜡标本三种性激素受体AR、ER、PR的表达情况.结果:雄激素受体阳性51.6%;雌激素受体阳性53.1%;孕激素受体阳性50.0%.且与肿瘤分级、分期密切相关,高分化癌、浅表性癌阳性表达高于低分化及浸润性癌,其中性激素受体阳性率分级间比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).男、女两性间仅AR表达有显著差异(P＜0.05),癌旁上皮及平滑肌组织均无表达.结论:实验结果提示尿路上皮癌存在性激素受体异常表达,在一定程度上可反映癌组织的分化程度,也提示性激素可能对尿路上皮癌发生发展有某种直接或间接作用.临床上检测性激素受体可了解尿路上皮癌多方面的生物学信息,为临床诊断、治疗及预后判断提供更有价值的指标.本研究也为进行尿路上皮癌内分泌治疗的实验研究提供了理论基础.

Study of SR(Sex Hommon Receptor ) Expression in Urothelium Carcinoma

Objective: To study the expression and significance of AR , ER and PR in 64cases with urothelium carcinoma .Methods:The expression of AR?ER and PR in 64 cases with urothelium cancer was analyzed by means of immunohistochemical method. Results: It showed that expression of AR, ER and PR was seen ,and the positive rates for AR ?ER and PR were 51.6 %, 53.1 %,51.7 % and 50.0% respectively. The frequence of positive rate of SR in higher differentiational and superficial tumors was higher than that of poorer differentiational(P<0.05) and advancing tumors(P>05). Expression of AR in male was higher than that of female (P< 0.05).Conclusion: The results demonstrate that SR plays a role in the carcinogenesis and progress of urothelium carcinomas and will serve as a useful marker of tumors.
