基于UG二次开发的冲裁级进模排样研究

摘    要:以C/C++为开发语言,以UG/Open API为基本开发工具,以visual C++为开发环境,开发了一个基于UG平台的冲裁级进模排样系统。该系统从图形处理角度出发对冲裁级进模进行排样,能够交互生成级进模各工位的冲切刃口,进而得到三维的条料排样图。

Abstract:With C/C++ as the developing language, UG/Open API as the basic developing tool, and visual C++ as the developing environment, an automatic-layout system for progressive blanking die is introduced. Using the method of graphics processing, this system can build all blanking cutting edges for every position, thus achieving the blanking 3D layout graphics.
