我国中小学教师培训制度的历史研究

摘    要:我国中小学生教师培训制度是伴随着我国近代新教育的起步而产生的,并随着教育现代化的进程而不断发展和完善.我国中小学教师培训的产生、发展大致经历了三个主要阶段:一是建国前的起步阶段;二是建国后至改革开放前趋于正规化阶段;三是改革开放至今步入规范化与法制化阶段.每个阶段又有其各自的特点.

Abstract:Primary and middle school teachers' straining system started with the rise of modern education in China.It has continued to develop with the process of modernization in education.There are three stages concerning primary and middle school teachers' training in China: the starting period before the establishment of PRC;the normalization period between the establishment of PRC and China's opening to the outside world;the standardization and legalization period after China's opening to the outside world.Each stage has its own features.
