摘    要:应用RP-HPLC-DAD和差减光谱法检测知母药材中菝葜皂苷元的含量,探讨监控知母药材质量的可靠手段。结果表明,在甲醇流速0.7mL/min、柱温26℃、以DAD为检测器时得到较好的色谱分离效率,工作线性范围0.02~0.12 mg/mL,r=0.998 2,对药材的回收率为96.83%。

Abstract:A method for the determination of the content of sarsasapogenine in Ahemarrhena asphodo Loides Bunge (A.A. Bunge) was established by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with a diode array detector (RP-HPLC-DAD) and spectrum subtraction. The experimental results indicate that the separation efficiency was preferable under the condition of mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol flow 0.7mL/ min, column temperature at 26℃ and using diode array detector. The method linearity was within the range of 0.02-0.12 mg/mL (r=0.998 2).The average recovery of the A.A.Bunge rhizoma was 96.83%.
