| 摘 要： | 康德“偏好与义务的自然辩证法”的道德命题是其时代和自身思想的充分体现。这—命题体现了康德的两个世界理论和人的两重性思想，展示了康德道德哲学的主体性特点，但也存在先验性、形式主义、形而上学、禁欲主义等明显不足。重提这—命题对于我们建设有中国特色社会主义、正确处理社会矛盾、构建和谐社会具有重要的时代意义。
