| 摘 要： | 本文以在校大学生为调查目标群体,通过实证研究探讨了该群体对智慧住宅以及房屋智能化设施的认知程度和需求设想.研究发现,大学生群体对智慧住宅及住宅中的智能化设施的认知程度不高,对智慧住宅及其设施需求较为集中.本文基于对调查结果其背后原因的分析,提出了相关建议.
