外科手术视频直播教学系统在临床外科实验教学中的应用与效果评价

探讨外科手术视频直播教学系统在临床外科教学中的应用效果,为外科实验教学提供改革与创新的反馈信息。对2015级284名临床医学生采用手术视频直播教学系统,进行实时手术全过程视频直播实验教学,对2014级340名临床医学生使用传统的实验教学方式作为对照,收集两组临床医学生的外科实验考核成绩,并将两组临床医学生的成绩进行统计分析。结果显示,采用外科手术视频直播教学系统的2015级临床医学生的外科实验考核成绩明显优于2014级临床医学生考核成绩。外科手术视频直播教学系统有助于学生掌握外科动物手术实验,一定程度提高了实验教学效果,提高了教学质量,外科手术视频直播教学系统值得运用与推广。

Application and Effect Evaluation of Surgical Video Live Broadcast Teaching System in Clinical Surgical Experiment Teaching

Exploring the application effect of surgical video live broadcast teaching system in clinical surgery teaching can provide feedback for reform and innovation in surgical experiment teaching.For the 284 clinical medical students of the 2015 grade,a surgical video live teaching system is adopted to conduct video live experimental teaching of the whole process of real-time surgery;for the 340 clinical medical students of the grade 2014,the traditional experiment teaching method is used as a control.Then the surgical test results of the two groups are collected,and statistically analyzed.The results show that the 2015 surgical grades of clinical medical students using the surgical video live teaching system are significantly better than the 2014 grades of clinical medical students.Therefore,it is concluded that the surgical video live teaching system helps students master surgical animal surgery experiments,improves the experiment teaching effect to a certain extent,and improves the teaching quality.The surgical video live teaching system is worthy of application and promotion.
