Analysis on Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Head Teacher's Class Management in TV University

Class is the basic teaching unit.As the link between the main body of TV university education,head teacher's class management has a direct impact on the quality of teaching.With the continuous development and improvement of TV university education,the status and role of head teacher's class management in distance education are constantly rising,and promoting class management level has become one of the important dimensions to improve the quality of TV university education.Through the analysis of the problems existing in head teacher's class management of TV University,this paper puts forward some suggestions on class management and teaching guidance,which promotes the overall quality of class management.
