摘    要:在现代人繁乱无章的生活中,生活节奏越来越快,人们所面临的压力越来越大,精神负担越来越重。在人们不断追寻和提高更好的生活质量的同时,“养生”越来越受到现代人的重视。中国传统体育养生观通过情志调节、缓速运动等途径促进人体健康,可使人们在现代社会中有效地回避和弥补现代社会给人类健康造成的负面效应。

Abstract:No chapter in modern complex chaotic life, people are living in an increasingly fast pace, and are facing increasing pressure and the increasingly heavy burden of the spirit, So it is constant in search of a better quality of life and at the same time, the Keeping-in-good Health are attracting more modern attention. Chinese traditional sports Keeping-in-good Health on Chi-through intelligence adjustment, and other means of low-speed sports can promote human health in the special ways which can help people in modern society effectively evoid and overcome the negative effects on human health.
