| 摘 要： | 我国高校的文秘专业教学起步虽晚、但发展很快。在发展的过程中，由于一些认识误区的存在，阻碍了文秘专业的进一步发展，改变现状的途径主要有三方面：一是增强市场意识；二是调整知识结构；三是提高教师素质。

| Abstract: | The teaching from the secretary started late, but developed very fast. In its development, some misunderstandings about this major of secretary blocked its further developing. The ways changing this situation are in the following three points: first, enhancing the sense of market; second, adjusting the knowledge structure; third, improving the quality of the teacher. |
