| Abstract: | The construction of leading group in universities is the key to the management of universities.Solutions can be found in the following ways such as strengthening and enhancing the construction of ideological politics to unceasingly improve the ideological and political quality of the leading group,enforcing and improving the construction of the governing ability to promote the level of running school,and finally strengthening and improving the style of work to vigorously strengthen the creativity,cohesive force and fighting power of the leading group. |
