| 摘 要： | 自主创新,方法先行.在科技基础理论日益完善的今天,方法的选择和使用对加快建设创新型国家显得尤为重要.纵观我国各个行业、各层面所使用的创新方法,不是普适性差、就是使用层次低.无法对经济效率增长和人民福利带来系统性的持续增加.通过对科技创新方法进行理论梳理、追踪和展望,借鉴行为学系统偏差理论,试图建立一个可行的理论分析框架,为以TRIZ为代表的创新方法的应用提供可操作的行为模式.
