| 摘 要： | 高等教育的发展,高素质教师是关键。欠发达地区高校由于缺乏大师级教师,所以科研成果不多,教学质量不高,发展速度不快。要从根本上改变这种状况,加快发展速度,必须采取有效措施,大力提高教师的思想政治素质和科学文化素质,尽快建设一支适应时代要求,符合实际需要的高素质教师队伍。

| Abstract: | High-qualified teachers are the key to develop the higher education. In the universities and colleges of undeveloped areas, there are no many teachers at master level, and also no many achievements in teaching and scientific research, the teaching quality is not high, the development speed is not fast. If want to change the actualities, must expedite development speed, take efficient measures, improve the teachers' political and ideological and cultural qualities, construct the high-qualified teachers' ranks to keep abreast of the times and meet the practical needs. |
