| 摘 要： | 本文研究了栀子蓝色素的稳定性、热稳定性、耐氧化还原性、金属离子的影响及介质pH值对吸光度的影响等理化性质.结果表明该色素性质稳定,着色力良好.

| Abstract: | Abstact: The physical and chemical properites of the pigment including photostability, thmosta-bilify, resistance to oxio-reduction, and the effect of medium PH Value on absorptiv of pigmentsolution were examined in this paper. The results showed that this pigment is a go natural blueclorant. |
