| 摘 要： | 以河南省高校教师健康状况问卷调查的结果为样本数据,对影响其身心健康的主要因素进行实证分析。结果表明:影响河南省高校教师健康状况的主要因素有工作压力、生活习惯、社会因素、个人因素,在此基础上提出了改善其健康状况的一些建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyze the factors of healthy condition of the university and college teachers in Henan province by using a questionnaire.The results show that the main factors of the healthy condition are actuating pressure,habits and customs,social factor,individual factor.Meanwhile,having submitted a little suggestion improving their situation on the basis of these. |
