| 摘 要： | 从全军院校数字图书馆专题信息资源数字化建设的角度出发,针对全军军事训练信息资源数字化建设中专题信息数据库建设发展存在的实际问题,从数据库建设的重点、数据的量与质、研制开发与维护发展、对专业技术干部的素质要求、统筹开发与利用等5个方面进行思考,并明确提出自己的认识和见解。
