论监考的人化与化人

摘    要:施测是考试流程中施考主体与应考主体产生直接交互的唯一环节,它集中体现一个国家、一个民族的考试风貌。在这一环节中,监考是施考主体的主体职能,监考者是考试实施的核心主体。为监考的特殊地位、职责和影响力所决定,监考的"人化"与"化人"首先必有高素质的监考队伍。而强化监考的教育功能,坚持以"人化"的监考理念、行为和环境,以"化人"至上为价值目标,力行寓教于监、寓导于检,使施测变为考生综合素质能力的养成过程,理当成为监考的根本宗旨和价值的集中体现。

Abstract:Examination is the only stage which involves direct interaction between the examiners and examinees in the whole testing flow. It reflects the testing style of a country or a nation. At this stage, examination-supervising is an important function of the examiners, and examiners are the implementation agents of the examinations. In order to ensure the humanitarianism and education functions of examination supervising, Highly-qualified examination-supervisors should be chosen. On the other hand, the teaching functions of examination- supervising should be strengthened; the ideal, behavior and environment of testing should be humanitarian, keeping "humanitarianism" as the ultimate value so that testing can become a process of nurturing students' overall qualifications, this should be the basic guideline and ultimate value of examination-supervising.
