高职院校外聘教师教学质量研究

摘    要:基于外聘教师自身、学生、专任教师、教学管理者对外聘教师教学质量的评价,从教学纪律、教学内容、教学方式、教学情感四个层面,剖析了外聘教师教学质量,发现:外聘教师入职门槛低、管理监督弱化、激励机制缺失、归属边缘化等是影响外聘教师教学质量的重要原因。为提高外聘教师教学质量提供了思路。

Abstract:The present study investigated the teaching quality statue of outsourced teachers in terms of teaching discipline, content, methods and emotion from the angles of the outsourced teachers, students, full-time teachers and educational administrators. It demonstrated the major factors in the teaching quality of outsourced teachers involving low recruitment threshold, weakening management and supervision, deficient stimulus system and attribution marginalized.
