教师质量研究述评

摘    要:我国教师质量的研究史可划分为萌芽阶段(20世纪80年代)、成长阶段(20世纪90年代)和发展阶段(21世纪初至今)三个时期,研究主题涉及教师质量概念、教师质量现状、国外教师质量以及教师教育质量、教师教学质量、教师工作生活质量等六方面,在研究方法、研究主题和研究趋势上呈现出较为鲜明的特点。

Abstract:This research reviewed the three stages of teacher quality literature in China:the budding stage in the 1980s, the developing stage in the 1990s and the prospering stage in the 21st century, including six major topics of the teacher quality conception, the current situation, the foreign teacher quality and education quality, the teacher teaching quality, and the teacher quality of work and life. It found the distinctive features in research methods, topics and tendency.
