| 摘 要： | 在调查基础上分析桐城派特色文献馆藏和服务中存在如下问题:资源大而不全;服务方式趋同;读者难以尽用;开发进程缓慢。结合分众化时代背景下读者的需求,提出建设统一管理体制、形成差异化馆藏特色、建立信息中心和共享机制、进行有效转化和适度开发等策略。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed such problems with the library collections of Tocheng School literature and service as incomplete resources, monotonous service, readers＇ deficient use and slow development. It consequently proposed that strategies can be implemented in the aspects of unified management, differentiating library collection, shared information center and effective development in the context of de-massification. |
