| Abstract: | Young teachers＇ development in colleges and universities includes improvement academic performance, professional knowledge and skills, and professional ethnics, which is open, practical and advanced. This paper maintains that young teachers development can be enhanced through disciplinary restructure, and its integration into economic development, industrial streamline and personnel employment. |
