铁矿粉烧结工艺优化研究

摘    要:结合某钢铁厂三烧车间220m2带式烧结机生产情况,分析了烧结矿原料及设备对烧结矿的影响,经过试验确定了更合理的工艺参数。试验中采用正交试验法确定混匀料水分、生石灰和燃料配比、高碱度烧结、控制FeO量等方案进行工艺优化。生产实践表明采用新工艺方案后,烧结矿质量、产量均有所提升,高炉冶炼铁水达到增产降焦的效果。

A Study on the Optimization of Sintering Technology of Iron Ore Powder
Abstract:With the Combination of the situations of the 220 m2 Dwight-Lloyd sintering machine in the third sintering workshop of one iron and steel plant, this paper analyzed the influence of sintering raw materials and equipment on sinter. One more reasonable process parameters was determined through the test. The orthogonal test was used to determine the blending ratio of moisture, quick lime and the fuel, and the technology was optimized by controlling the FeO content, and cooling solutions, etc. The production practice showed that, after adopting the new technology, the quality and output of sinter were promoted. And the blast furnace process reached the effect of increasing the output and reducing the coke.
