| 摘 要： | 网上证券委托系统依托的因特网是一个开放的世界,它要求监管部门按照特别的原则来设置市场准入制度.我国目前的网上证券委托系统准入制度存在主体资格限制过严、系统技术准入条件执行不彻底、对投资者利益保护机制不完全等弊端.为促进网上证券的发展,需要对网上证券委托系统准入制度加以调整.
