英汉外贸函电翻译中的语用移位

外贸函电是一类较常用的跨文化交际工具。由于中英文的句法结构和信息焦点不同，叙事视角、商业观念有别，外贸函电翻译经常会出现译文功能意念不变，话语语义改变，即“语用移位”的现象。本文试图通过英汉外贸函电语用对比和语义学代码和推理模式来解释跨文化交际过程中的语用移位现象。

Pragmatic Shift in the Translating of Business English Correspondence

Foreign trade correspondence could be categorized as a frequently used tool for intercultural communication, in which the discourse meaning often changed a lot due to the discrepancies in grammatical strucuies, information foci , cultural perspectives and ethnic psychology, while the functional meaning keep the same. This essay attempts to illustrate this kind of changes, named pragmatic displacement, in Foreign trade correspondence by analyzing the semantic code/inference model, and further comparing the pragmatic usage both in English and Chinese.
