| 摘 要： | 以网络化、知识管理、全球化为主要特征的新经济已是不可逆转的趋势，电子商务化已成为企业发展的必由之路。传统企业电子商务化要分步实施，要恰当地选择适合自己的发展途径，企业要对传统的业务流程进行重组。
