| 摘 要： | 网络环境下学习者情感交流的缺失及学习环境的相对松散，给网络学习带来一系列的困难．学习者学习动机的强弱直接影响其学习效果，如何整合动机理论有效设计网络学习环境下的动机激发策略，关系到培养建设人才的战略任务，也关系到远程教育可持续发展问题．

| Abstract: | Relatively loose network environment, lack of emotional exchange of the learners bring a series of difficulties to the network learning. The strong or weak of tearners motivation directly influences study effect in web based learning. How to integrate the motivation mo-tivation theory and design stimulate strategy relates to the strategic task to train personnel, is also related to the sustainable development of dis-tanee education. |
