| 摘 要： | 对单位犯罪概念的理解、评价,向来众说纷纭。我们认为,单位犯罪是指刑法规定的,在单位意志支配下,由直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员实施的严重危害社会的应受刑罚处罚的行为。

| Abstract: | This article firstly analyzes and evaluates many concepts of unit crime, then brings up its viewpoint of the concept of unit crime. That is, unitcrime is the behaviour clone by the direct responsible personnel and other direct duty personnel under the domination of unit ambition. This behavior seriously endanger the society and deserve the criminal penalty according to the criminal law. |
