基于信息熵-AHP组合权重系数的图书馆服务质量多层次模糊综合评判研究

服务质量的好坏是衡量图书馆办馆水平的重要标志之一,对图书馆服务质量进行准确的评价有利于提高图书馆的服务质量。本文借鉴了libQUAL+TM的评价思路,在分析图书馆服务质量影响因素的基础上,构建了图书馆服务质量评价指标体系。利用模糊数学对不确定性问题的有效处理方法,采用信息熵和层次分析(AHP)相结合的方法计算出各评价指标的组合权重系数值,从而进行了图书馆服务质量的多层次模糊综合评判研究,最后用实例加以论证。

Study on Multi-leve Fuzzy Integrative Evaluation Based on Entropy Weigh and AHP's Combined Weight Coefficient on Library Service Quality Evaluation

The service quality measures one of the important signs that the library nms the level of the hall. The people carry on the accurate evaluation of library service quality that can help to improve library service quality. On the basis of analyzing the service quality influence factor of the library, this article drew on libQUAL^＋ TM evaluation of ideas, constructed the library service quality evaluation system. Used the fuzzy mathematics to the effective treatment method of the uncertain problem, and calculated for combined weight coefficient by integrating information entropy with the analytic hierarchy （AHP）, thus, carried out multi - leve fuzzy integrative evaluation for library service quality.
