Analysis of the New Exercising Methods for the Car-owners in Wuhan City Circle

While the family income has increased,the number of the car-owners is getting more and more.The multi-purposes of the automobile come into sight.The new exercising ways appear that the car-owners go out during weekends and holidays by their own cars.This paper analyses reasons,conditions and practical significance of the new exercising methods.It indicates that the new exercising ways and new sports culture are emerging constantly as times changes.We should popularize this new sports culture and exercising methods in order to meet the needs of the people who want to exercise.At the same time,we should think over how to deal with the disadvantages of the new exercising methods.
