| 摘 要： | 特色是社区教育的生命力之所在。各发达国家在发展社区教育的过程中，在服务性、普及性、多样性、开放性四个方面都形成了各自的特色。我国幅员辽阔，地域差异大，发展社区教育更应突出其地理区位特色，基于人口结构特色，做到目标导向鲜明，教育功能分化，办学主体多样化，实现社区教育的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | Distinctive characteristics is the life of community education.There form their own distinctive characteristics in developed countries.We should emphasize the local characteristic,take populated structure characteristic as basis to develop community education in China,and then make it have the features of clear target guiding,divided educational function and varifed subjects of running school to achieve the development by leaping of community education. |
