重点学科评估的概化分析

摘    要:选取3位有经验的评估专家,对河北省8个重点学科的自评量表进行评价,使用概化理论中的混合设计模型,对该评价结果所反映的量表结构及方差误差进行分析。结果表明,不同的评估专家对学科能力的评价并没有造成很大的系统误差,而学科、指标、评估专家的交互作用,以及指标和评估专家的交互作用方差很大,说明评估体系的二级指标设置尚存在较大缺陷。

Abstract:Three experts were chosen to evaluate the eight key disciplines self-estimation scales in Hebei province.A composite design model of GT was used to analyze the scale structure and variances error,and to distinguish the error sources.The relevant error changes were calculated after the context of measurement situation was changed.The conclusion estimates that different experts do not offer a great error to the disciplines evaluation.But the interactive effect of disciplines,indexes and experts contributes extent variance.This has explained that the indexes system still holds great defects.Further study shows that properly increasing the quantity of indexes,and controlling the quantity of experts will promote the reliability,but reduce the expenditure.
