摘    要:绩效考核中。确定指标权重系数的方法很多,层次分析法(AHP)简单易行且具有较高的准确性。运用AHP来确定权重。更能提高绩效考核的科学性和准确性。

Abstract:In the evaluation of performance,there are many ways of deciding the weighted coefficient The way of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is simple,available and higher accurate. AHP can be used to decide the weighted coefficient and make the evaluation of performance more scientific and more accurate.
