摘    要:人体生活中始终离不开动与静两种状态,动与静是辩证统一的、中国传统养生学认为,动与静和阴与阳的密切相关的,在养生保健过程中,应当做到动静结合,劳逸适度,养心调神,以静为主;形体保健,以动为主;心神宜静,形体宜动。

Abstract:Human life is always in two states-motion and quiescence, which is dialectical and identical.In the light of the Chinese traditional theory to keep In good tealth, motion and quiescence are closely related to yin and yang. In the course of medical care and preserving one'shealth, it is required to achieve the combination between motion and quiescence,work and rest in proportion, fit quiescence of mind and fit motion of body.
