网络计划技术在体育管理中的应用

网络计划技术是运筹学的一个分支,由于该方法兼顾技术和管理两大领域,在系统工程中的应用效益明显。该方法又分为ＣＰＭ法和ＰＥＲＴ法两种。两者区别仅在于后者引入了“不确定性”,即工程中各项具体工作的用时事先不能确定。鉴于长期积累的经验,在运动竞赛中各单项用时基本可以确定,使当事者较易接受。

APPLICATION OF TECHNIQUE OF NET PROGRAM IN SPORT MANAGEMENT

The technique of net progrom is a branch of operational research. Because this method takes account of both technique and management, its beneift in systematic engineering is obvious. This method include"critical path method" and "program evaluation and review technique". the difference between them is that the latter introduced "undefinite", namely how long every concert wort in engineering will take is undefinite in advance. according to accumulated experence,we know how long every event in sport competition will take. we use the critical path method.
