唐人环保意识述论--以唐长安城为中心

唐代首都长安城作为当时世界上最大的都市，众多的居民和发达的经济使得其城市规模庞大。为创造长安城良好的生态环境和人文环境，长安城在城市的规划和建设中，均体现出唐代人的环境保护意识，如环境绿化意识、市容美化意识、公共卫生意识、污水处理意识以及初步的可持续发展意识。唐长安城的环境保护以唐官方为主导，城内民众参与，同时辅助以严格的法律规定和处罚作为约束。唐官方和居民共同为长安城环境作出的努力，值得被现代社会环境保护所借鉴。

Analysis of the Environmental Awareness of the Tang People---Take Chang’an City as the Center of the Tang Dynasty

Chang’an City, the capital of the Tang Dynasty, was the largest city in the world at that time. The population was numerous, the economy was developed, and the city was huge. In order to create a good ecological environment and human environment for Chang’an city, in the planning and construction, Chang’an city were reflected people’s awareness of environment protection in the Tang Dynasty, such as consciousness of environmental greening, consciousness of city appearance, public health consciousness, consciousness of sewage treatment and the consciousness of sustainable development. The environmental protection of Chang ’an city in the Tang Dynasty was led by the government, and people participate in the protection, at the same time, it has strict legal provisions and penalties constraint. The government and residents made great effort to the environment of Chang ’an city in the Tang Dynasty, which was worthy of being used for reference by modern social environment protection.
