青藏铁路客运营销战略分析

摘    要:在对青藏铁路沿线客流量及其特点展开详细分析的基础上,提出青藏铁路客运营销策略,首先要树立正确的营销观念,转换企业的经营机制;其次要改革客票定价管理体制,实行客运浮动票价;此外还要利用灵活有效的营销手段。

Abstract:The Qinghai-Tibet railway completes is open to traffic is specially the general Qinghai and Xizang national minority area has the significant politics and the economical significance to our country west. This article mainly has launched the detailed analysis to the Qinghai and Xizang rail line passenger capacity and the characteristic and put forward several proposals to the Qinghai and Xizang railway transportation marketing strategy choice:First must set up the correct marketing idea, Transformation enterprise's management mechanism; next must reform the passenger ticket fixed price management system, Implements the passenger transportation fluctuation ticket price;in addition also must use the nimble effective marketing method.
