韩国紧密型政企关系的形成、变革及其启示

The Form, Reform and Inspiration of the Tightly-knit Government-business Relationship in Korea

After the 1960s, South Korea has gradually established a kind of tightly-knit relationship between government and business. This kind of relationship has been playing a positive role in driving South Korea's economic development, however, it also has many problems. After the Asian financial crisis, South Korea has conducted a reform and realized obvious effect. The research on Korean government-business relationship has significant inspiration to the reform of Chinese government-business relationship.
