| Abstract: | To improve the present inefficient conditions of highway construction companies,the cost awareness must be enhanced,all the working staff should be involved in the management.The target cost should be established and the cost expense should be controlled.Besides,personnel training must be reinforced and their qualities should be improved so that the production cost can be cut down and economic efficiency can be increased. |
