| Abstract: | In this -paper, we establish the necessary and sufficient conditons for oscillation of neutral eguations with deviating arguments.We apply Krasnoselskii' s fixed point theorem and obtain some alfebraic criteria for the NDDE to have a nonosdilatory Solution. |
