| 摘 要： | 面对企业社会责任的发展,传统的企业理论必将受到强烈的挑战,而利益相关者理论则有了用武之地。本文从利益相关者的角度,对何谓企业社会责任、企业为何承担社会责任、企业如何承担社会责任、如何促使企业承担社会责任等企业社会责任问题进行了探讨。其意义在于,试图从理论上建立研究企业社会责任问题的理论框架和丰富利益相关者理论研究的内容,以及从实践上促使企业增强社会责任意识,加强社会责任管理,履行社会责任,实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of corporate social responsibility(CSR),the traditional theory of the firm has been faced a strong challenge,and the stakeholder theory works.Based on the stakeholder theory,this article tries to discuss some core issues in this field,including what is CSR,why enterprises should assume CSR,how to assume CSR,how to promote enterprises to assume it.This paper contributes to the establishment of CSR theory framework and enriches the research content of the stakeholder theory. |
