| 摘 要： | 科技期刊编辑部因收稿量大,在初审时会筛选出相当数量的稿件作退稿处理。退稿原因大致可分为稿件内容不符合期刊需要,存在科学性错误,存在知识产权问题或涉及泄密问题,存在政治、民族、宗教信仰方面的问题等几大类。根据退稿理由的不同,应构建较为公平的初审退稿程序。
