| 摘 要： | 智力资本是一种重要的组织知识资产。本研究将智力资本概念引入技术创业研究中，采用多层次问卷测量法，检验了高技术企业创业智力资本与创业成长绩效的关系结构模型，研究指出创业智力资本结构维度的动态变化显著影响创业竞争绩效和潜力绩效。

| Abstract: | Intellectual capital is an important organizational knowledge asset.The research had investigated 105 small and medium Hi - tech enterprises via multilevel behavioral questionnaires.It tried to validate the relationship model of entrepreneurial intellectual cap- ital and venture growth.It indicated that the structural dimensions of entrepreneurial intellectual capital had a prominent positive effect on venture competitive performance and potential performance. |
