| 摘 要： | 采用(SCL-90)精神症状自评量表对随机抽取的296名中小学骨干教师进行测试.结果表明:东北地区中小学骨干教师在躯体化、强迫、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等五个方面的因子分明显高于全国正常人常模:中小学骨干教师的心理健康水平明显高于普通教师:中、青年骨干教师在躯体化、焦虑、恐怖、偏执等方面的因子分明显高于老年组;女教师在敌对性和偏执两个方面的健康水平明显低于男教师.

| Abstract: | A test was made among 296 radom sampled backbone teachers in middle and primary schools by adopting(SCL-90) mental symptom self-evaluation list.The result shows that the levels of five factors of the backbone tenchers of middle and primary schools in northeast area are higher than those of normal people of other parts of the country. |
