| 摘 要： | 石油企业公共事务部门是石油企业为提高企业生产后勤保障服务水平和提高职工生活质量以及确保安全和稳定而成立的新型内部组织。作为新型公共性部门,石油企业公共事务部门的人力资源开发既重要又紧迫。在分析石油企业公共事务部门人力资源开发内容现存问题的基础上,创造性地提出了人力资源开发的新内容。

| Abstract: | Public affairs department of petroleum enterprise is a new-type internal department to improve the level of service and indemnification of enterprise production and the life quality of staff members and assure organizational safety and stabilization.As a new-type public department,its human resource development is not only important but also urgent.Based on analyzing the existing problems on contents of human resource development,this paper presents its innovative contents. |
