| 摘 要： | 参照高等职业教育培养目标与特点,结合自己工作实践,在总结国内有关高职学生素质教育经验与理论的基础上,提出了全面素质教育的概念和内涵,构建了高职学生在校三年的全面素质教育实施方案,并拟定了相应的实施措施。
