| 摘 要： | 形势与政策课程师资队伍建设是形势与政策课程建设的重要内容,也是事关高校形势与政策教育教学效果的一大关键,加强形势与政策课程师资队伍建设,从教育主管部门和高校自身来说,必须要提高思想认识,理顺管理体制,健全组织机构,优化队伍结构,拓宽培训渠道,提高教师待遇和增加经费投入等。
