| 摘 要： | 未来空军作战行动,不仅在航空空间实施,而且必将拓展到临近空间和太空,空天一体是必然的发展趋势。空天已然成为现代民族生存发展、国家全面利益实现、空军转型发展的新空间。与之相随,确立利益存于空天,安全系于空天,发展赖于空天的全新空天观成为时代发展的呼唤。
